The flagship conference will be opened by the Minister of Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd. Guest speakers from industry, Government and academia will address the food sector with inspirational and insightful presentations.
At the highly successful BlasCymru/TasteWales event in 2019, Claus Meyer (founder of the Michelin starred NOMA restaurant (four times voted the best restaurant in the world) was the keynote speaker and addressed over 780 delegates.
